Our Story

Why we built InterviewHub for Pakistan's developers

Walk in prepared. Leave knowing more. That's not just a line — it's the reason this platform exists.

Sound familiar?

Most interview prep in Pakistan still looks like this:

  • “Bhai, Arbisoft mein kya poochte hain?”
  • “Systems Limited ka process kaisa hai?”
  • “Kisi ne NetSol diya hai?”

Aur jawab usually WhatsApp groups, random PDFs, ya half-remembered stories mein milta hai — phir gum ho jata hai. One candidate has a senior friend. Another is guessing from blogs. A third is stuck on global DSA lists that never explain how local ASE or internship rounds actually run.

So we built InterviewHub— a permanent place for what people were actually asked at Arbisoft, Systems Limited, NetSol, Folio3, 10Pearls, Devsinc, and dozens more. The information already existed. It just wasn't organized, searchable, or built to last.

What's inside

  • Company-wise experiencesquestions and rounds shared by candidates who've been through the process
  • Prep librarytheory, revision tips, and drills when you need a focused study pass
  • Free ATS resume builderruns in your browser; nothing uploaded to a server
  • Mock interviewslive practice on Google Meet with scored feedback

If you've given interviews at Arbisoft, Systems, NetSol, Folio3, 10Pearls, Devsinc, or anywhere else — share your experience. Anonymous bhi chalega. Aapki 10 minutes kisi aur ki selection bana sakti hain.

Why InterviewHub exists

Interview knowledge was disappearing

Every year, thousands of fresh graduates and early-career engineers in Pakistan walk into software house interviews with the same question: what will they actually ask? The answers lived in WhatsApp groups, forgotten LinkedIn posts, and half-remembered conversations — then vanished. We believed that knowledge should outlive one hiring season.

Pakistan’s market needed a local home

Global AI mock tools and generic LeetCode advice help — but they don’t explain how Arbisoft’s fresh grad process works, what Systems Limited focuses on, or how internship and ASE rounds differ at local product and service companies. InterviewHub is built for Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and the software houses that hire here.

Real experiences beat rumours

Candidates deserve more than “bhai tough hai” or recycled PDFs. We wanted verified, community-shared interview experiences: questions asked, rounds faced, and notes from people who were in the room — so the next candidate walks in prepared.

Preparation should be a full path

Reading company sheets alone isn’t enough. So InterviewHub grew into a path: browse real experiences, revise with Prep, practice behavioral questions, build an ATS-friendly resume, and optionally book a mock interview — then share what you learned for the next person.

What we believe

  • Community over gatekeeping

If you cleared a round — or even if you didn’t — your experience can help someone else. Anonymous submissions are welcome.

  • Quality over noise

Every experience is reviewed before it goes live. We care about usefulness, not clickbait.

  • Local first, always

Pakistan’s IT hiring has its own patterns. We optimize for that reality — not for a generic global template.

Who this is for

InterviewHub is for students and professionals preparing for IT jobs in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad— especially anyone hunting for real interview questions in Pakistan, company-wise experiences, and practical prep before an ASE or internship call.

If you've already interviewed, you're part of the story too. Ten minutes of sharing can save someone else weeks of anxiety.

Be part of what comes next

Browse experiences, revise with Prep, or share what you were asked — anonymously if you prefer. Every submission makes Pakistan's tech hiring a little fairer.
